5. Schedule :

• 11 : 00 am : arrive at Saigon Phu Quoc .
• 11 : 30 am : start to cook and taste the food course by course until done on each menu option . Complimentary drink are available.
• 13:00 pm : Time to enjoy the fruit plate and receive certificate or End of the cooking class.

Your choice of starter

  • Fresh spring roll ( Gỏi cuốn ) : is a Vietnamese dish traditionally consisting of pork, prawn, vegetables, fresh rice noodle , and other ingredients wrapped in rice paper ( bánh tráng ) . Gỏi cuốn served with tangy fish sauce dressing or hoisin sauce with peanut .
  • Banana blossom salad with chicken ( Gỏi gà hoa chuối ) : A banana blossom salad made with banana blossom, shredded chicken , carrot, onions and purple cabbage , topped with herbs , Vietnamese coriander, roasted peanuts served with prawn cracker and fish sauce dressing.
  • Seafood Pomelo salad ( Gỏi buởi hải sản ): A refreshing salad made with prawn , squid and scallop , pomelo , onion , cucumber and tomato , topped with herbs peanuts served with prawn cracker and fish sauce dressing.

  • Phu Quoc – style noodle with salad (Bún thịt nướng): A refreshing salad made with fresh rice noodle , grilled minced pork on lemongrass stick , fresh herbs, and a tangy fish sauce dressing.
  • Bánh xèo is a crispy, stuffed rice pancake popular in Vietnam. The name refers to the sound (from xèo – ‘sizzling’) .It is a savoury fried pancake made of rice flour, water, and turmeric powder. Some common stuffings include pork, prawns, squids, scallion, mung bean, jicama and bean sprouts. Bánh xèo is often served with local vegetable and herbs, special dipping sauce with pickled vegetables, usually carrots and radishes.
  • Grilled beef wrapped in betel leaves( Bò nướng lá lốt):Bò Nướng Lá Lốt is a Southern Vietnamese dish of marinated ground beef wrapped in wild Betel (Lá lốt) leaves then charcoal grilled. The wrapped beef can either be served with fresh rice noodle , chopped lettuce, assorted Vietnamese herbs, roasted peanuts, and a sweet and savory dipping sauce on the side. It can also be served with rice paper for a self-assembly style.
  • Caramelized pork , fish or prawn : (Thịt kho tộ , cá kho tộ hoặc tôm kho tộ ): A classic Vietnamese dish featuring pork , fish or prawn simmered in a rich caramel sauce , creating a sweet and savory flavor.

Grilled banana cake (Bánh chuối nướng ): A delightful dessert made with bananas wrapped with sticky rice and coconut milk . Grilled on charcoal rolled in banana leaf.
Snow fungus sweet soup with lotus seed ( Chè hạt sen nấm tuyết ) : This dessert is very delicious and will bring an amazingly soothing and nourishing effect on our body .Simmered lotus seed with rock sugar until softened add snow fungus , it could by served hot or cold.

7. To ensure privacy, the Phu Quoc cooking class at Saigon Phu Quoc Resort & Spa accepts a limited number of participants. After the cooking session, guests will enjoy the dish they prepared during a lunch at poolside . Participants need to register at least 24 hours in advance to secure their spot
