Terms and Conditions

• Extra bed (excluding lunch and dinner): VND 820,000/night
• Stay over 10 nights, receive 1 complimentary night. *Not applicable with corporate promotions or special offers.
• Check-out time: 12:00 PM
• Check-in time: 2:00 PM
• All rates include breakfast, service charges, and taxes.

Airport Pick-up / Drop-off Policy

• Airport pick-up times: 07:30, 09:30, 11:30, 13:30, 15:30, 17:30, and 19:30
• Airport drop-off times: 07:00, 09:00, 11:00, 13:00, 15:00, 17:00, and 19:00
• Guests must inform their flight schedule at least 1 day in advance via email: sales@saigonphuquocresort.vn
• Complimentary airport transfers apply to bookings of 6 rooms or fewer.
• For bookings of more than 6 rooms, surcharge for airport transfer is: VND 350,000/way (16-seat vehicle), VND 1,400,000/way (34-seat vehicle)

Children Policy

• Children under 6 years old: free of charge when sharing bed with parents.
• Children from 6 to under 12 years old sharing bed with parents: breakfast surcharge of VND 320,000. Extra bed charge applies if requested.
• Children from 12 years old and above sharing room with parents: extra bed required with breakfast included – VND 820,000/night

Cancellation Policy

– For stays from April 1 to October 31:

• Cancellation or modification made more than 7 days before check-in: free of charge
• Cancellation or modification within 7 days of check-in, or no-show: full charge of reservation

– For peak season stays from January 1 to March 31 and November 1 to December 31:

• Cancellation or modification made more than 21 days before check-in: free of charge
• Cancellation or modification within 21 days of check-in, or no-show: full charge of reservation

– Holiday surcharge: VND 270,000/night

Mandatory Gala Dinners

• Christmas Eve Buffet (Dec 24): VND 3,150,000/adult; VND 2,000,000/child under 12
• New Year’s Eve Buffet (Dec 31): VND 3,150,000/adult; VND 2,000,000/child under 12
• Lunar New Year’s Eve Buffet: VND 3,150,000/adult; VND 2,000,000/child under 12

Payment Conditions: All bookings must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of reservation.
