– From January 10 to December 19:

• Cancellation within 7 days before arrival: no charge for room.
• Cancellation within 6 days before arrival, penalty 100% of first night room charge

• No-show: 100% room charge penalty.

– Peak period from December 20 – January 10:

• No-show, 100% of room charge
• No cancellation or adjustment of booking.
